Here at PCES we have a range of hydraulic pipe clamps available. The clamps are perfect to align pipe prior to welding in a range of applications and have been used on work sites around the world for over 30 years.
Our clamps come as standard ‘no-tack’ clamps. These are particularly popular in welding applications as they allow for a full circle weld, without the need to move and reclamp the pipe. These ‘no tack’ clamps allow for the pipes to be properly aligned before welding. For heavier pipe walls above 19mm, we can offer heavier duty pipe clamps with hydraulic jacks up to 30 tonnes. Clamps with standard flat cross bars are also available.
These hydraulic pipe clamps are available in a size range starting at 8” all the way to 60” O.D. Larger have been manufactured at special request. Our internal tube clamps come standard with carbon steel construction and are optional with copper or stainless steel.
Manufactured in the UK our cage type hydraulic pipe tube clamps are of superior build quality and are specifically designed to make clamping pipes significantly easier. As well as manual line up clamps, we supply models with the addition of a hydraulic jack. On site welding can be incredibly tricky without the right equipment.
